Kristen Forgione, the Principal Designer and Creative Director of THELIFESTYLEDCO, leads a team of designers that meets every project with a contagious energy and passion for original design, while focusing on a collaborative experience between our process and our clients' wishes. We actively seek out like minded individuals who are authentic and open, as we've found these clients make the best partners!
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Based on our 2024 confirmed project schedule and current market trends, we’re forced to be more intentional and selective with the projects we’re best fit for. At this time, we are accepting inquiries for projects within the following scope:- Custom or spec new builds both in Arizona and nationwide
- Large scale renovations with a minimum budget of $400,000 within the state of Arizona, that have the ability to fully partner with a General Contractor from THELIFESTYLEDCO’s network of preferred General Contractors
- Interior furnishing projects of at least 3 spaces, with little to no existing furniture and a minimum budget of $75,000
- For projects that require travel, we’re accepting custom or spec new builds and large scale interior furnishings projects ONLY (no renovations), travel fees will apply. At this time, we do not offer virtual or e-design services.
